Credit union members are welcomed into an open, inviting space with custom casework teller stations, a drink bar, and quiet offices to conduct business.
Custom Casework Creates Memorable Customer Experiences
Three Rivers’ Casework Division collaborated closely with Jolt Credit Union to craft tailored casework solutions that elevate customer experiences. The division designed a unique drink bar accessible to customers while they wait, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Personalized teller stations were also crafted to facilitate engaging interactions between bank tellers and clients, leaving a lasting impression on every visit.
