This LEED Silver-certified facility replaced and consolidated existing offices for various Fisher Companies’ Midland operations. Three Rivers worked closely with Fisher throughout the design and construction process, with the partnership resulting in a sustainable, energy-efficient building.

LEED Silver Certified

The facility contains exceptional features that save energy and resources, including a waste oil furnace, which heats the shop for nearly an entire winter. The geo-exchange system heats and cools the building by using water that’s tempered to the earth’s natural ambient temperature. The facility also minimized water use by 32% through “low-flow” fixtures and other means.
