Three Rivers Corporation designed and constructed three structures during the Dow/DuPont spinoff phase in 2018 to create a gated security entrance and welcome center for the Midland I-Park. The main structure spans the four-lane road leading into the I-Park and serves as a welcome and security center for guests visiting the industrial complex as well as a badged entrance and exit gateway.
