Safety & Quality

This 60,000 SQ. FT. project was constrained to a one-block radius within a functioning chemical plant, which placed a heavy emphasis on logistics and material handling throughout the duration of the project. Lyte 10 was commissioned five months ahead of schedule, under budget, and in an exceptionally safe manner. Over 1,435,000 total craft hours were dedicated to the project, and 918,222 consecutive hours were worked injury free. This continuous dedication to safety has been recognized nationally by Associated Builders and Contractors, with Three Rivers achieving Pinnacle Award status, which is ABC’s most significant safety honor.
