The NCARB certification is one of the highest professional certifications an architect can earn. The NCARB certification enables Sherman to practice architecture throughout the country. NCARB manages the credentialing process and issues architect’s credentials, based on their standards. The process that Sherman completed to attain this certification was the Broadly Experienced Architect program. This certification demonstrates Sherman has met the highest professional standards for protecting the health safety and welfare of the public.

Sherman joined Three Rivers Corporation in 1996 and has 24 years experience as a Registered Architect. He is a principal at Three Rivers Corporation and serves as Vice President of Design. He is responsible for the creative process on all design / build projects. He is actively involved in marketing for the design build division and is the primary contact with clients from project inception through construction. Sherman serves as a member of the Three Rivers Corporation Board of Directors as secretary. Sherman is a Leadership Midland alumnus and also serves on various boards in the community.
