Project Profile
Three Rivers Corporation worked with Tri-Star Trust Bank to renovate an existing downtown Midland space into their new branch office. The main level contains 3 distinct designed conference rooms, a custom reception desk, a penny wall in the waiting area with a penny floor vestibule. All of the offices were individually and uniquely designed. A new men’s and women’s barrier free restroom, as well as a breakroom were added. The renovation of the lower and third levels are for future tenants.
