Project Profile
The Mackinac Center for Public Policy is a single story building that houses administrative offices for a research and educational institute. Formerly a F.W. Woolworth, the structure was renovated into a “Think Tank” conference center.
Three Rivers’ worked with the customer to develop a result that fit their needs. This Design/Build process assured a fixed cost early in the development of the building and the earliest possible completion date.
