Project Profile
MidMichigan Health had a vision to create an Ambulatory Center of the future, which would provide emergency treatment, specialty treatment, and preventative care in a patient-focused environment. Unlike many healthcare facilities, the design goal was a feel warm, bright, and inviting building. Much of how a patient selects a health system or facility for care is about choice and how the patient experiences quality and comfortable care. This new facility reaches those goals by coalescing several clinic’s from the Mt. Pleasant market into a single building, while also providing much needed support to the local community via a new ambulatory surgery center and emergency services department. Design aesthetics of the building were selected to create the warm and inviting environment MidMichigan Health was looking for.
