Project Profile
Located on the Alden Dow-designed headquarters campus, the Center contains an employee training center, wellness center and office space, attaches to the walkway system that interconnects each of the buildings on-site.
This two story structure includes a basement and a ballasted flat membrane roof. It is complete with a masonry and precast finish exterior. The ground level has 1/3 raised flooring.
The entry lobby provides overflow space for a 450 seat auditorium which complements the training center. All offices are contained on the upper floor. The lower floor is home to a wellness area which includes health screening, company clinic, aerobics, weight areas, racquet courts and an indoor track. An outdoor fitness course traverses the campus and connects to the building. All break areas are located along the glazed south wall and afford panoramic views of the campus grounds.
