Three Rivers Corporation’s architects and engineers, using the Design/Build Process worked with the customer to develop a result that fit their needs, producing a 39,370 square foot multi-use structure.
This process assured a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) early in the development of the building and the earliest possible completion date.
